EndeavourOS

EndeavourOS launched almost immediately after Antergos (another beginner-friendly Arch derivative) discontinued itself in 2019, picking up much of that same community and philosophy: stay as close to plain, unmodified Arch as possible while easing the actual installation process with a graphical Calamares-based installer. Unlike Manjaro, it doesn't hold back or delay Arch's own repositories at all -- packages come straight from Arch's official repos, with EndeavourOS only adding its own installer, a few quality-of-life scripts, and an optional post-install helper for setting up a desktop environment of choice. It's often recommended as the more 'purist' alternative to Manjaro for users who want Arch itself, just with an easier on-ramp.
