Île-de-France Mobilités

Île-de-France Mobilités is an Android application for organizing travel in the Île-de-France region. It is intended for people using trains, RER services, metro lines, trams, buses, bicycles, Vélib’, carpooling, or carsharing. The application combines ticket access with route planning and travel information in one Navigation & Travel tool.

Users can buy Metro-Train tickets, Bus-Tram tickets, one-way airport tickets, Navigo day, week, and month passes, special tickets, and daily Vélib’ tickets from their phone. Purchased titles can be recharged onto a pass or stored on a compatible Android phone or connected watch for direct validation. Dematerialised tickets can also be transferred from one Android phone to another Android phone.

For trip planning, the application can locate nearby bus stops, train stations, and metro stations. It searches in real time for public transport, carpooling, and bicycle routes, and shows upcoming line passages and timetables. Users can save planned trips to their phone calendar, view public transport network maps offline, and follow walking directions for pedestrian sections. Line Twitter feeds provide real-time traffic information for checking disruptions.

Phone storage and validation are available on NFC-enabled smartphones from Android 8, subject to the listed Google Pixel, Nexus, and related device exclusions. Connected-watch support is available on Samsung Galaxy Watch Series 4 and later running Wear OS 4.
