Core base snap

Core base snap is a free Linux system tool that supplies a shared foundation for snap packages. It contains libraries and dependencies used by many applications, giving packages that depend on it a consistent execution environment. Its runtime is based on Ubuntu 16.04 ESM, also known as Xenial Xerus.
