Calibre-Web

A web interface for browsing, reading, and downloading books from an existing Calibre library, with support for OPDS and e-reader sync.

1Note on the Docker image
The project's own maintainer-built image is deprecated; the official README now points to the community-maintained LinuxServer.io image as the recommended way to run Calibre-Web in Docker.
2Create a docker-compose.yml
services: calibre-web: image: lscr.io/linuxserver/calibre-web:latest container_name: calibre-web environment: - PUID=1000 - PGID=1000 - TZ=Etc/UTC - DOCKER_MODS=linuxserver/mods:universal-calibre #optional, adds ebook conversion volumes: - /path/to/calibre-web/data:/config - /path/to/calibre/library:/books ports: - 8083:8083 restart: unless-stopped
3Start the container
docker compose up -d
4First login and library setup
Log in with the default admin/admin123, then set the library location to /books (where your Calibre metadata.db lives) in the admin panel — and change the password immediately.
open http://localhost:8083
