概要
Transfer files over TFTP from Linux using AetherTFTP’s graphical interface. It combines client transmissions and server hosting in one lightweight application, allowing you to send files or handle incoming transfer requests from the same workspace.
Configure block sizes and timeout options to support high-throughput network transfers. Active transfers are shown with progress bars and statistics, while connection logs record incoming requests, client IP addresses, and transmission statuses for troubleshooting.
Use it to upgrade firmware on routers, switches, and embedded devices, stage PXE boot files for network OS installations, or perform automated configuration backups and restores in lab environments. AetherTFTP is open-source software published by berat; version 1.5.3.93 runs on x86_64 Linux systems with snapd. Its snapped package requires the standard network access interfaces to be connected so the server can bind to local UDP ports, including the default port 69.
