概要
Beekeeper Studio is an open-source database tool for Linux, intended for developers and others who work with database tables and queries. It provides a tabbed workspace for handling multiple tables and SQL queries at the same time. Supported database systems include PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, SQLite, Redshift, CockroachDB, and MariaDB.
The table editor presents data in a spreadsheet-like view, allowing users to change records and filter table contents. Table schemas can be created or modified without writing SQL, while the SQL editor supports writing and running queries with gentle code completion. Queries can also be saved for later use.
Beekeeper Studio includes navigation features for routine database work. Selecting a foreign key opens its related record in a new tab, and Ctrl-P searches across tables and queries. Tables can be pinned to the sidebar for quick access. It is categorized under Developer Tools and distributed for Linux through MirrorNest, which mirrors the official build to its own storage and scans it for malware before publishing.
