FakeTraveler

FakeTraveler is an open-source Android application in the Developer Tools category. It lets a user select a desired position on a map and use that position for mock-location operation. The position is chosen by pressing and holding on the map. Tapping Apply activates the selected position.

A gear button provides access to two settings related to mocking the location over a period of time. FakeTraveler does not require root access to operate. Android’s Developer options must be enabled before the application can be used. In Settings, under System and Developer options, the user must select FakeTraveler as the mock location app.
