概要

Children practice reading and writing in English with short lessons covering the alphabet, phonics, sight words, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. Learn to Read - Duolingo ABC includes more than 700 lessons for learners from preschool through first grade.

Lessons combine tracing, drag-and-drop prompts, educational games, and other multisensory activities. Illustrated stories help children follow along, and spoken words can be highlighted as they learn new sight words. Personalized lessons let each child progress at their own pace, while rewards support continued practice.

The app also includes ad-free reading activities and is designed for Android. Version 1.22.0 brings Duolingo ABC to Android; feedback can be sent to literacy-feedback@duolingo.com.
