概要
Skuber+ Client is a Kubernetes desktop client and IDE for Linux. It provides a graphical way to manage Kubernetes clusters from a Linux desktop. It is intended for developers and other users who work with Kubernetes resources and cluster operations.
The client connects to clusters through existing kubeconfig files. It supports exec credential plugins and cloud provider authentication helpers, including aws, gcloud, az, and more. Users can browse and manage workloads, pods, deployments, services, config maps, secrets, and other Kubernetes resources. It also shows real-time cluster metrics, node status, events, and warnings.
For day-to-day diagnosis and operations, Skuber+ Client can stream pod logs and provide an integrated terminal. It includes Helm release management and bundles kubectl and helm binaries, so those tools require no extra setup for the client. Built-in security scanning uses Trivy and Kubescape.
Skuber+ Client is developed and maintained by Wondermove Co., Ltd. and distributed free of charge. Its license is unknown, and MirrorNest links directly to the official release rather than hosting a mirrored copy. The Linux snap uses classic confinement because Kubernetes authentication requires executing credential helper binaries and reading certificate files at arbitrary user-controlled paths defined in kubeconfig.
