Track Exploder

Track Exploder is an open-source Android application in the Video & Media Players category. It extracts the isolated voice from each stereo track and aligns the resulting parts automatically. It is intended for working with separate vocal parts, including listening to or singing along with selected voices.

Its four-part mixer lets users solo a part or leave it out while the other voices continue playing. For each part, users can adjust level, stereo position, channel, mute state, and inclusion. Per-part waveforms show a visual preview of the mix, and playback can be slowed to 0.5× without changing pitch. Users can save reusable mix presets, export one mix, or create several mixes in bulk.

Output can be written as WAV or FLAC files while preserving the shared source tags. When part files begin at different points, the app measures the offsets and corrects them automatically. Spoken introductions and pitch pipes remain together, and each part’s adjustment is shown for manual fine-tuning. Audio processing takes place on the device, with no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, servers, or music uploads.

Track Exploder is released under the MIT License and fits the open-source software model. MirrorNest places the official Android build on its own storage and scans it for malware before publishing.
