После проекта [MSYS2] (https://www.msys2.org/news/#2026-02-28-dropping-support-for-windows-81), на котором базируется Git for Windows, поддержка Windows 8.1 будет прекращена после Git for Windows v2.55.

###Устранение ошибок
* Давний [баг] (https://gitub.com/git-for-windows/git/issues/5303), где экран Git Bash был очищен после "git.exe" под названием "vim" (например, для редактирования сообщения о совершении) [было исправлено] (https://github.com/git-for-windows/msys2-runtime/pull/131). Исполняемые файлы Bash в 64-битных и ARM64 дистрибутивах больше не несут недействительной подписи Authenticode.
