Описание
Run WebThings Gateway on a Linux system to monitor and control a building over the web. It is self-hosted, so the gateway operates on your own Linux machine rather than as an externally hosted service.
On Ubuntu Server or Ubuntu Desktop, install it as a snap, connect its system-observe, hardware-observe, and network-manager interfaces, enable experimental hotplug support, and restart the gateway. Ubuntu Core uses the same snap-based approach, with Network Manager installed and connected separately. WebThings Gateway 2.0.0 requires Linux with snapd, targets x86_64 (amd64), and is published by WebThings under an open-source license.
