PureOS

PureOS is developed by Purism, a company that builds privacy-and-security-focused hardware (the Librem line of laptops and the Librem 5 phone), and it's built to match that hardware's philosophy: a Debian base with all proprietary software and non-free firmware removed, privacy-respecting defaults, and GNOME as its desktop, adapted to work across both PureOS's desktop and mobile (Librem 5 phone) targets from a shared codebase. Like Trisquel, it's one of the distributions formally endorsed by the Free Software Foundation for containing no non-free software in its official repositories. Its tight coupling with Purism's own hardware makes it somewhat unusual among general-purpose distributions, though it installs and runs on other x86 hardware as well.
