XPROTECTETTERM0X, x86 ve x64 ortamları da dahil olmak üzere Windows sistemleri için açık kaynaklı bir donanım izleme programıdır. Bir bilgisayarın bileşenlerinden sağlıkla ilgili sensör verilerini kaydeder ve voltajlar, sıcaklıklar, güç, akım, fan hızları, kullanım ve saat hızları gibi ölçümler sunar. Mevcut sensör okumaları yoluyla donanımlarının çalışma durumunu denetlemesi gereken Windows kullanıcıları için tasarlanmıştır. Program, hem CPU hem de GPU seviyelerindeki donanımları izler.
