/e/OS (from the /e/ Foundation, commercially backed by Murena, which also sells pre-installed /e/OS phones) targets a broader, less technical audience than GrapheneOS or CalyxOS: it replaces Google's apps and services with its own open-source or privacy-respecting alternatives (its own app store, its own maps app based on OpenStreetMap, an optional bundled cloud account for backup/sync) presented in a polished, ready-to-use package. It's built on top of LineageOS's codebase and uses microG for compatibility with apps that expect Google Play Services to exist, without a real Google account or Google code running on the device. Murena's own phones ship with it pre-installed and pre-configured, which is the easiest on-ramp for someone who doesn't want to flash a ROM themselves at all.
MirrorNest doesn't mirror ROM installation files — flashing a custom ROM is device-specific and carries real risk (an interrupted flash can brick a device), so installation should always go through the project's own official device page and instructions, linked above.
