Terms of Service

MirrorNest is a catalog of Android, Windows and Linux software. Some files are mirrored on our own servers under the policy described in how we source software; everything else links to the official publisher. Creating an account is optional — it lets you save software to a library and leave reviews, and isn't required to browse or download.

By using MirrorNest, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use MirrorNest.

Software is provided "as is" by its original publisher. While every mirrored file is scanned for malware before publishing, we cannot guarantee any piece of software is free of defects, and we are not responsible for how third-party publishers build or maintain their software. Downloads that link to an official publisher's own site are subject to that publisher's own terms.

You agree not to:

• Use MirrorNest to distribute malware, or attempt to upload or link to malicious files.
• Scrape or crawl the catalog at a rate that degrades the service for other visitors.
• Attempt to bypass the license-based mirror/link-out policy described in how we source software.
• Post reviews that are spam, impersonate someone else, or contain content you don't have the right to post.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or infringes another party's rights.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove an account, or remove a review, that violates the acceptable-use terms above, without prior notice. You may stop using MirrorNest and request deletion of your account at any time — see Privacy Policy.

All trademarks and software titles belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of third-party software to you or to MirrorNest. See our DMCA page to report infringing content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MirrorNest and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or of software obtained through it, including software linked to an official publisher. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to hold MirrorNest harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MirrorNest is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Continued use of MirrorNest after a change means you accept the updated terms.
