  1. 1Download Aurora Store

    Available on F-Droid or directly from the project's own site -- not on Google Play itself, for obvious reasons.

  2. 2Choose an account mode

    Aurora Store can browse and download anonymously (using a shared, disposable device ID) or by logging in with your own Google account for apps tied to your library/purchases.

    Anonymous mode is the more private option and works for the overwhelming majority of free apps; a real Google login is only needed for paid apps you've already purchased or apps that require Play Store license verification.

  3. 3Search for and install apps

    Aurora presents the same Play Store catalog through its own interface, downloading the real APK directly from Google's servers.
