  1. 1Prerequisites

    Make sure Docker is installed, and configure at least 4 GB of swap since indexing can be memory-intensive.

  2. 2Download the compose file

    wget https://dl.photoprism.app/docker/compose.yaml

  3. 3Set a secure admin password

    Edit compose.yaml and change PHOTOPRISM_ADMIN_PASSWORD to a password of at least 8 characters — never leave the default on a public server.
