Windows 11 Enterprise builds on everything Pro offers and adds the features large IT departments actually need to manage thousands of machines: AppLocker and Windows Defender Application Control for locking down which software can run, Credential Guard and Device Guard for hardening against credential theft, DirectAccess, and deeper Configuration Manager/Intune integration. It's never sold at retail -- only available through an organization's Volume Licensing agreement or bundled into a Microsoft 365 E3/E5 subscription -- so an individual can't simply buy it the way they'd buy Home or Pro.
