About
Split one or many pictures into evenly arranged tiles, choosing either a set number of rows and columns or a specific tile width and height. Tile dimensions can be entered in pixels or percentages, making it possible to divide images by layout or by size.
Batch Image Splitter also provides more than 130 image actions and effects, including resizing, contrast adjustment, and watermarking. It can work with and save images in more than 30 formats, including JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and J2K, with 20 scaling modes such as Lanczos, Bilinear, Bicubic, Box, and HqX. Images can be rotated or flipped manually, or adjusted using their EXIF orientation information.
The program supports fixed-size, rectangular, and aspect-ratio fitting, canvas resizing, padding, print-resolution changes, automatic file-size reduction, and several cropping methods. These include lossless JPEG cropping, edge and fixed-size cropping, automatic cropping, and cropping to a selected width-to-height ratio. Conditional processing can use image orientation, size, and other attributes, while built-in and cloud-based face detection can assist with photos containing detected faces.
Text and image watermarks may be static or dynamic, including text created from EXIF and file information. Layers, more than 40 blending modes, pixel filtering, 12 compositing modes, per-channel processing, and eight color models support further image adjustments, while EXIF, IPTC, GPS, and XMP tools handle metadata. Published by BinaryMark for Windows, Batch Image Splitter is available as version 5.7.2609.1700 under a demo trial license.
