BinEd - Hex Editor lets you open binary data on an Android device, inspect its bytes, and edit the underlying content directly. It displays numerical hexadecimal values beside a text representation, making it possible to examine both raw data and readable content together. The same codes can also be viewed in binary, octal, or decimal form.

Unicode, UTF-8, and other character sets are supported for interpreting text within binary files. Editing includes separate insert and overwrite modes for adding data or replacing existing values. Searches can target text or hexadecimal codes, with matching results highlighted in the editor. Undo and redo commands help reverse or restore changes during an editing session. When partial file mode is used, BinEd can work with files sized up to exabytes.
