ibis Paint X13.1.6

Draw illustrations, build frame-by-frame animations, and produce videos with background music and audio on Android smartphones and tablets using ibis Paint X from ibis inc. It is designed to make digital creation approachable for beginners while providing tools for detailed artwork and animation projects.

The app offers more than 130,000 brushes, over 30,000 materials, more than 3,000 fonts, 86 image filters, and 46 screentones. Artists can refine compositions with 27 layer blending modes, vector tools, a reference window, radial and symmetry rulers, animated filters, and the AI Disturbance feature. A built-in recording function captures the creative process and lets users share it as a time-lapse video.

People of different ages, nationalities, and experience levels can use ibis Paint X for personal illustrations, animated sequences, and audiovisual projects. It is free to use, with a paid version offering additional features.

The current release is version 13.1.6, adding a keyboard shortcut that opens or closes the Shape Tool window. It also fixes a Floating Layer Window problem that could send the scroll position back to the top after a layer was added or deleted.

Free to use — a paid version with additional features is also available.
