ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors brings five editors together so you can create, view, and edit text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, fillable forms, and PDF files, including documents stored on your PC for offline work. It opens DOCX, ODT, XLSX, ODS, CSV, PPTX, ODP, and other popular formats, with compatibility suited to Microsoft Office files and documents of any size or complexity. A tab-based interface keeps multiple files open in one window.

Text tools provide formatting and styling controls, objects, tables of contents, bookmarks, and mail merge. Spreadsheet work includes more than 400 functions and formulas, table templates, named ranges, charts, equations, and macros. Presentation editing adds objects, style controls, and a presenter mode. PDF tools support text editing, object insertion and adjustment, annotations, comments, freehand drawings, page insertion or deletion, file merging, PDF conversion, and form creation and completion; fillable forms can also be co-edited online and saved as PDFs, while VSDX diagrams can be viewed and navigated.

For team projects, connect the editors to ONLYOFFICE, Moodle, Nextcloud, ownCloud, Seafile, Liferay, or KDrive for real-time co-editing, review, comments, and chat. AI features can connect to any AI provider, use AI assistants and agents, and connect to your own MCP server. Passwords, digital signatures, watermarks, and an end-to-end encrypted private room provide document protection.

Office workers and teams can extend the editors with plugins for YouTube insertion, automatic translation, and code highlighting. The software runs on Windows, Linux, and macOS, while version 10.0.0 is the x64 build. Ascensio System SIA publishes it as open-source software.
