Users can set a minimum interval between sessions, record pauses for tolerance breaks or complete cessation, and note withdrawal symptoms including irritability, restlessness, sleep difficulty, anxiety, reduced appetite, and discomfort.

It estimates THC concentration after the last use and gives source-cited timeframes for urine, blood, saliva, and hair tests to return clean, alongside built-in harm-reduction information.
