An optimized text viewer presents material such as Area Forecast Discussions and Hazardous Weather Outlooks, while weather models and animated visible, infrared, water vapor, and radar mosaics add graphical context. Its OpenGL NEXRAD radar interface handles Level 2 and Level 3 data, with base reflectivity and velocity views plus single-, dual-, and quad-pane layouts.

The customizable home screen includes rearrangeable tiles across the SPC, MISC, and IMAGES tabs, and widgets can show radar, radar mosaics, visible imagery, or forecast-office text products. Notifications can report local alerts, Mesoscale Discussions, Mesoscale Precipitation Discussions, convective outlooks, watches, and tornado information affecting a selected location.
