Record each instance of a consumption-related habit by using a dedicated counter in AddictoLogs. The app helps users keep a simple history of bad habits and recognize patterns in their consumption over time. It is intended for people who want to observe their behavior without turning the record-keeping process into a complicated routine.

The dashboard lets you create a counter for every type of consumption you want to follow. Long-pressing a counter increases its value, so a new occurrence can be recorded directly from the main screen. Tapping a counter opens a time-based view of its entries for reviewing changes and recurring patterns. This separation keeps quick logging distinct from later examination of the collected history.

AddictoLogs is open-source Android software in the Health & Fitness category, with a focus that also suits habit-tracking use cases. Version 1.0 is the initial release. It requires Android 7.0 or later and supports arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, and x86 devices. The interface is currently available only in French, while translations are planned for a later release.
