Altova MapForce 2025 Professional Edition is aimed at developers, data specialists, and integration teams moving information between systems or reshaping it for downstream use. It suits projects where differently structured data must be transformed before delivery to another application or process. Mappings can also automate repeated transformations when the same conversion needs to run many times.

Altova publishes the product for Windows on x64 architecture, and the current version is 2025.02.00.01. This release adds GraphQL support for web-service mapping and covers a customer-mapping validation slowdown plus an XSLT preview error associated with v2021r3 compared with v2019. It also documents when shared database connections are unavailable, addresses processing-instruction placement affecting the target-namespace prefix, improves PDF text capture, and corrects an inaccurate “Cannot find the file” message when a non-XLSX file is passed to an XLSX component. Additional changes concern a file-specific case where generated XSLT2 is roughly 30 times larger than output from MF 2019 and Japanese menus that had largely reverted to English.
