Amie260909.0.0

Amie turns meeting conversations into notes, summaries, and follow-up tasks, helping users move discussions into action instead of revisiting undocumented topics. It combines a calendar and task manager with an AI personal assistant that handles meetings, produces summaries, manages todos, and is slated to support email workflows. Users can record calls across providers including Zoom, Google Meet, Slack Huddle, and Microsoft Teams, then ask questions about the resulting meeting record.

Recording is controlled from the Mac’s notch without adding a bot to the call. Meetings joined through Amie are recorded automatically, while meetings entered through Google Calendar prompt the user to start recording and stop it automatically afterward. An optional fully automatic mode records every call in the background.

Before or during a meeting, private notes in a dedicated tab can set summary focus, specify headings, highlight key numbers, or help prepare an agenda; those notes remain invisible to other participants. Amie can create action items from meetings and have its AI plan them, connect calendar, email, and task apps, and integrate with services such as HubSpot, Notion, and Slack. Its MCP interface gives Claude or ChatGPT access to meeting notes, calendar data, emails, and todos, while knowledge-base search brings earlier information into meeting follow-up.

These features suit individuals and teams that need searchable meeting context, faster preparation, and repeatable follow-up workflows. Version 260909.0.0 is freeware for macOS 12 Monterey or later on Apple Silicon Macs using the arm64 architecture.
