Ball1

Place a ball in the macOS Dock with Ball, adding a simple visual element alongside the icons already there. The utility addresses the specific desire to have a ball displayed in this central part of the Mac interface. Its defining action is direct and focused: Ball adds the ball to the Dock rather than modifying another area of the system.

This makes Ball suitable for Mac users who want a playful or distinctive detail in their everyday desktop layout. It can also serve as a recognizable visual marker for people who prefer the Dock to include something beyond application icons. The program stands apart through the specificity of its result, delivering one clearly defined Dock addition instead of presenting an unrelated collection of system functions.

Ball runs on macOS 13 Ventura or later and supports both Intel-based Macs and Apple Silicon Macs. The current release is version 1, and the software is freeware.
