Bold Bitcoin Wallet4.1.0

Bold Bitcoin Wallet lets you sign Bitcoin transactions across Android devices while distributing signing authority instead of placing it in a traditional seed phrase. Its seedless design uses a Threshold Signature Scheme to divide wallet security between participating devices. It is intended for people who want device-based Bitcoin signing without paper backups or hardware wallets.

Key generation can be shared among up to three devices, and two devices must participate before a transaction can be signed. Wallet setup and signing can both take place offline, with devices communicating through an encrypted peer-to-peer protocol over Nostr, a local network, or a Wi-Fi hotspot. This makes the wallet suitable for personal custody arrangements that divide control across multiple phones or other supported devices.

PSBT support allows partially signed Bitcoin transactions to be exchanged with compatible wallets such as Sparrow and Electrum. For advanced privacy options, Bold Bitcoin Wallet can use Mempool.space through its public service or a self-hosted instance. The project is open-source, verifiable, and capable of operating offline.

Version 4.1.0 runs on Android 7.0 or later and supports arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, and x86_64 architectures. Its open-source Android implementation is aimed at users seeking distributed signing and direct control of Bitcoin keys through their devices.
