About

Cash Book- daily expenses lets you record income and spending as they occur, giving you a running digital record of everyday cash flow. It brings together a cash book, ledger book, and account book so personal and business transactions can be kept in one place without relying on complicated accounting tools. Multiple accounts help separate household finances, business activity, or individual projects within the same app.

You can search entries by keywords in their notes, then edit or delete records when details change. Receipt and bill photographs can be attached to transactions, providing supporting documentation alongside each expense. Income and expense reports can be generated for reviewing activity and exported as PDF or Excel files for analysis or sharing. Google Drive backup and restore preserves the cash book data and supports recovery when moving to another device.

This Android finance app, published by ANKIT SARAF in the Finance & Shopping category, suits individuals tracking personal spending as well as small operators recording business transactions over time. It is free to use, with a paid version offering additional features. The current release adds a setting that lets each entry display its date, making the timing of transactions easier to see.

Free to use — a paid version with additional features is also available.
