CashNotify3.8.2

CashNotify puts new Stripe and PayPal sales and failed-payment alerts in your menu bar, so you can track payment activity without keeping a browser tab open. CashNotify 3.8.2 is freeware in the Productivity category for macOS 12 Monterey or later, with builds for both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. The app is also available for Windows, while this release is the official Mac build.

Its menu bar icon changes color when something new occurs, and CashNotify checks connected accounts when opened, every minute, or when you press Refresh. Optional notifications can announce selected event types, and clicking the icon or an alert opens the latest activity without a browser. After you configure your Stripe and PayPal API keys, the app retains the connection so you do not have to re-enter credentials each time.

An event expands to show customer information, transaction fees, and applicable application fees. A graph can display net revenue or payment counts for a chosen period, with net revenue calculated after fees, refunds, and disputes in line with Stripe’s dashboard. Payout entries show when funds were sent to your bank and Stripe’s estimated date for their arrival.

Businesses and individuals handling several payment accounts can connect multiple Stripe and PayPal accounts, combine their revenue, or filter the view to one account or all accounts. Account logos help distinguish events, and the aggregated dashboard brings together totals that Stripe’s own dashboard does not provide.
