CatLight watches development work and places the items needing attention in one desktop action center. It monitors CI/CD pipelines, pull requests, and issues, giving developers a live view without repeatedly refreshing server dashboards or searching through email. This helps surface broken builds, pending reviews, urgent bugs, and release-pipeline problems as they occur.

Its tray icon reflects the current status of monitored items and changes color when intervention is needed. Notifications alert you when a build fails, a pull request awaits your review, or an urgent issue appears. The dashboard merges action items from every monitored source into a prioritized list, including pending pull requests, urgent issues, failed builds, and release pipelines. A watch list lets you follow builds you started and pull requests you have sent.

CatLight also supports team coordination by letting you indicate that you are investigating a problem and post progress updates in comments. It is aimed at developers and teams that need to stay aware of CI/CD blockers, review queues, and production-critical issues while reducing dashboard checks and interruptions. The current version, 3.10.1, runs on MacOS with Intel and Apple Silicon architecture and is categorized under Developer Tools. CatLight is distributed as freeware.
