CC Pocket lets you chat with Codex and Claude coding agents from your phone, then continue the same sessions on a Mac with their conversation and changes intact. It gives each task its own room for messages, questions, approvals, and code-change review, so agent work can be handled away from the desk. Messages queued without a connection are sent when connectivity returns, while missed updates are restored.

On the Mac, it connects through a self-hosted Bridge Server to the Codex or Claude setup already running on your computer. Run the setup command on the computer where the agents live, scan the QR code it displays in the terminal, then choose a project and agent to start a conversation. Your computer must remain online for the agents to continue working, and Tailscale can provide a connection when you are away from home. Requests are still processed by your existing Codex or Claude provider rather than by CC Pocket itself.

Beyond coding conversations, the app can generate images with Codex Imagegen, display those results in chat, and play video and audio files in place. It suits developers checking builds during a commute, approving changes while away, or moving between a Mac and phone without losing context.

The current release, 1.140.1,264, runs on macOS 12 Monterey or later for Intel and Apple Silicon. Using it requires Node.js 20.18.1 or newer, Codex or Claude on the computer, and your own access to one of those services. CC Pocket is freeware and open source, with optional in-app Supporter purchases.
