Channel Works12.1.0

Channel Works turns customer conversations into AI-assisted support work, helping businesses answer questions while bringing customer service, analytics, marketing, and team collaboration into one workspace. Teams can create a personalized AI agent for a website in minutes and use it to handle routine conversations according to company-defined policies. It is suited to support and customer-experience teams that need to manage inquiries, operational tasks, and customer information in one place.

Administrators can define response rules so the AI follows approved company policies and reduces inaccurate or risky replies. A structured knowledge base using retrieval-augmented generation lets the agent draw on company information when producing answers instead of relying only on general language-model knowledge. The agent can also perform actions beyond answering questions, including verifying customer details, checking Cafe24 orders, confirming shipments, processing courier returns, canceling orders, and changing reservations.

Team Chat keeps colleagues connected around customer conversations, while the platform’s business functions extend across analytics and marketing; associated AI offerings include AI Phone, AI Marketing, and Work AI. Channel Works is freeware for macOS, and version 12.1.0 supports both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. Its combination of policy-controlled answers, structured business knowledge, and task automation distinguishes it from support software limited to sending conversational replies.
