cone0.2.20

Record financial transactions from an Android phone in the plain-text accounting ledger format with cone, giving mobile users a way to capture entries while away from their main bookkeeping setup. It is built for people who use ledger-style financial systems and focuses on entering data rather than replacing the primary ledger application.

The app fits workflows based on ledger-cli and related tools, including hledger, beancount, and transity. Users can treat cone as a mobile companion for adding financial information to those broader record-keeping processes. Account-balance viewing is planned for a future release, so balance display is not part of its current role.

cone runs on Android 4.4 and newer versions of the platform and supports arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, and x86_64 architectures. Version 0.2.20 is the current release. It is distributed under an open-source license, allowing the software to be examined and used under that license’s terms. The app suits users who maintain ledger files with desktop or command-line accounting workflows and need a focused way to enter transactions from a phone.
