ConnectMeNow mounts network shares directly from the macOS menu bar, making remote drives available on the Mac without repeatedly working through system dialogs. It also opens SSH connections from that same menu bar control, combining network storage access with remote command-line access. Mounting a share makes folders on another computer, file server, or NAS appear as accessible volumes on the Mac.

The utility supports SMB, CIFS, SSH, SSHFS, AFP, AFS, FTP, NFS, and WebDAV connections. This covers common office shares, personal computers on a home network, company storage, and NAS devices used to keep files or backups.
