CPFL Energia3.3.8

CPFL Energia lets customers access services from the CPFL Energia Group through one official Android application, bringing distributor-related tasks into a single mobile location. It provides more than 30 services for customers of CPFL Paulista, CPFL Piratininga, CPFL Santa Cruz, and RGE – Rio Grande Energia.

Users can register inside the app and use its available facilities remotely, making it a central access point for handling services without leaving home. This arrangement is especially useful when a customer needs to reach the services associated with one of the listed distributors from a phone. As a Finance & Shopping app published by CPFL Energia, it is distributed under a freeware license.

For convenience, the app can save user information on the device for later use. Anyone who can access that device may also be able to view saved information, so the storage option should be considered in light of device access. The app may share location, personal information, and two additional data types with third parties, while it may collect personal information, app information and performance data, and device or other IDs; data is encrypted during transmission, and users can request its deletion.

The current version, 3.3.8, changes the label “Número da Instalação” to “Número da UC.” It also delivers performance improvements and technical corrections.
