Duet3.20.3.0

Turn a Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone, or Android device into a second display, remote desktop endpoint, or primary screen for a server with Duet. It combines remote access and multi-display work in one utility, letting you extend or mirror a screen according to the task. An iPad or Android tablet can serve as a portable monitor, while a Mac or PC can act as a second monitor through Duet Target Display Mode.

Duet can cast an iPhone or iPad to a Mac or PC and let you control it with a keyboard and mouse. Shared Keyboard & Mouse support lets one keyboard, mouse, or trackpad operate two computers. Mirroring also supports screen sharing, and the connected Mac, PC, iOS, or Android device can function as a graphics tablet for digital illustration.

It suits remote workers, travelers replacing a portable monitor, artists, and anyone needing extra workspace or access to another computer. The software-only connection uses proprietary technology designed for low latency and reduced resource use, with 256-bit end-to-end encryption protecting transmitted data. Duet connects macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices from anywhere, without dongles or adapters.

Duet is freeware in the System Tools category for MacOS, and version 3.20.3.0 supports both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. The current Mac edition requires macOS 12.3 or later, while the older Mac edition supports macOS 10.9 through 12.2; its Windows counterpart supports Windows 10 or later. Duet releases updates monthly, and its support team operates around the clock.
