Fellow5.7.13

Fellow records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings so teams can turn conversations into usable notes and follow-up work. It automatically identifies action items and generates AI summaries, while supporting collaborative agendas, shared notes, and decisions. Teams can use it to keep meeting knowledge and responsibilities organized after discussions end.

Meetings can be captured with a bot, without a bot, or in person, across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and face-to-face conversations. Fellow brings the resulting transcript, audio, and video together with the meeting’s notes and action items. Its AI meeting assistant does not use your meeting data to train Fellow’s models or those of its AI providers.

Organizations can define recording policies by team, role, or meeting type, control who may record, and let participants pause or resume capture when part of a conversation should remain off the record. Administrators can apply configurable retention rules, including zero-day retention, and manage access with SSO, SCIM, role-based permissions, and audit logs. These controls support SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance, while granular permissions restrict sensitive meeting intelligence to appropriate people and teams.

Fellow is freeware in the Productivity category for macOS, requires macOS 13 Ventura or newer, and supports both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. Current version 5.7.13 is intended for teams and individual Mac users who need governed meeting capture, searchable records, and clear ownership of follow-up tasks.
