Floorp browser12.19.0

Use Floorp browser to open and manage web pages on a Mac, with tools that make research, comparison, and multi-step browsing easier to organize. Built on Firefox, it provides a privacy-focused browsing experience while retaining the familiar foundation of Firefox. Its workspaces let you switch between separate browsing contexts with one click.

Split view places as many as four pages in one window, allowing you to compare sources, research a topic, or write while viewing reference material, with adjustable panel widths. Web panels keep selected pages in a sidebar, where frequently used sites, notes, and other tools remain available beside the page you are reading. Interface customization, mouse gestures, and web apps that open sites in separate windows provide additional ways to shape and operate the browser.

Floorp is intended for Mac users who want organized tabs and flexible page layouts for study, writing, comparison work, or everyday browsing. It runs on macOS 10.15 or later with either Intel or Apple Silicon hardware, and the current version is 12.19.0. The browser is freeware and open source, and its built-in import tool transfers data from a current browser without requiring an account.

The desktop edition also has versions for Windows 10 or 11 and major Linux distributions, while Floorp for iOS is being tested through TestFlight. Its combination of Firefox-based browsing, workspaces, split view, and persistent web panels distinguishes it from a basic browser layout.
