Google Sheets1.26.361.01.90

Google Sheets, part of Google Workspace, lets users create and edit online spreadsheets on Android phones and tablets. They can enter, sort, and format data, apply formulas, find and replace content, and view charts. Smart suggestions help with formatting and chart insertion, while the app opens, edits, and saves Excel files.

A spreadsheet can be shared for simultaneous work, with comments and replies available and changes appearing as they happen. Sheets saves work automatically as it is typed and supports creating, viewing, and editing files offline. Individuals can use it for personal records and mobile updates, while teams can coordinate shared tables and discuss entries directly in the sheet.

Google Workspace subscribers receive additional collaboration features, Google AI-based insights, and tools for analyzing data from other business-critical tools or building custom solutions. Google LLC offers Google Sheets on Android in the Productivity category as freeware, and a paid version with additional features is also available. Current version 1.26.361.01.90 includes bug fixes and performance improvements.

The app shares no data with third parties, may collect location, personal information, and eight other data types, encrypts data in transit, and lets users request deletion. Its combination of offline editing, live collaboration, Excel compatibility, and automatic saving supports work ranging from quick individual entries to shared team spreadsheets.

Free to use — a paid version with additional features is also available.
