Imagepipe

Imagepipe is an open-source Android app for processing images before they are sent elsewhere. It is intended for people who want to reduce image size or remove embedded EXIF data during image sharing. The original image is kept unchanged while a modified copy is created.

Imagepipe receives an image through Android’s send intent, applies the selected image processing, and passes the changed image onward. It can reduce the image by changing its resolution and quality. It removes EXIF data before sending the image. The processed image is saved as a JPEG in a separate folder, and images can also be edited with Imagepipe.
