Iremi Breathing App provides guided Deep Breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, and Box Breathing routines through a calm, distraction-free interface.

Deep Breathing offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced pacing, while 4-7-8 breathing uses four-second inhalation, seven-second retention, and eight-second exhalation for calming down or preparing for sleep. Box Breathing gives equal-length inhale, hold, exhale, and second-hold phases to support focus and emotional control, including during high-pressure situations. Users can also create and save custom routines, adjust settings for personalization, and switch between light and dark modes.

Local SQLite storage keeps user profiles, progress, statistics, achievements, badges, and custom exercises available on the device, with options to export and restore the database. Optional voice guidance, currently in beta, reads the breathing steps aloud, adding an audio cue alongside the visual prompts. The app contains no ads or tracking, and its exercises can be practiced anywhere and at any time by people seeking relaxation, mindfulness, stress management, or sleep preparation.
