Microsoft Excel: Spreadsheets16.0.20326.20112

Create budgets, project plans, accounting records, and financial analyses by entering data into worksheets, calculating results, and presenting them in tables or charts. Microsoft Excel: Spreadsheets provides tools to create, edit, organize, review, annotate, and share spreadsheet documents on Android phones and tablets. Templates cover spending plans, budget tracking, expense records, and planning across categories and time periods.

Formulas, an accounting calculator, tax estimates, and personal-finance functions support routine calculations and more involved financial work. Users can sort and filter columns, highlight worksheet areas, and write equations with the Draw tab on touch-capable devices. Charts can be inserted or edited, including visualizations generated from analyzed data, while AI tools can turn any data into visual charts. Copilot can summarize information, reveal trends, produce charts or tables from raw data, and suggest budgeting or forecasting ideas.

The app suits students, households, accountants, project teams, and businesses that need to work with figures or plans while away from a desktop. Files and individual sheets can be shared for viewing, editing, or commenting, copied into email, or distributed through a workbook link.

The app requires at least 1 GB of RAM; creating or editing documents on screens smaller than 10.1 inches requires a free Microsoft account. Microsoft 365 features require a qualifying subscription, which unlocks the full Office experience across devices, and special offers appear in the app; the freeware app also has a paid version with additional features. Version 16.0.20326.20112 adds new features and brings improvements to speed and reliability.

Free to use — a paid version with additional features is also available.
