It reduces the friction of routine management by keeping task creation, editing, and daily check-ins focused on minimal actions. Users choose how many days each task should run, allowing short routines and long-term habits to coexist in one tracker.

Each task can have its own schedule lasting up to 999 days, rather than being limited to a fixed duration. Mission can send a daily reminder at an exact time selected by the user, providing a prompt to check in on that day’s scheduled tasks. Xiaomi users must reopen the app after rebooting their device for notifications to resume. This makes it suitable for personal routines, recurring chores, study plans, and other habits that benefit from regular tracking.

Mission is an open-source Android productivity app, and current version 1.3 adds notifications and fixes bugs. It requires Android 8.0 or later and supports arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, and x86 devices. Its simple interaction model is aimed at people who want to organize repeating tasks without navigating a heavily layered planner.
