Multilarm

Multilarm is an offline-first audio scheduler and multi-zone public-address system for Windows. It plays scheduled audio at the exact second without requiring an internet connection. The software is intended for settings such as schools, factories, care homes, hotels, museums, community radio, and prayer-time announcements. Its zone-based design allows announcements and other audio to be directed to different areas.

A cloud dashboard can provide remote control from anywhere, while browser and console push-to-talk support live announcements. Multilarm can connect with other systems through MQTT, webhooks, and an external trigger HTTP API, including nurse-call, building-management, and timetable systems. Bundled Kokoro neural text-to-speech works offline on first launch. On Windows, the software runs as a Windows Service with a system-tray companion.

It is free for personal, non-commercial use, while business or institutional deployment requires a commercial license.
