Open 100x1.0.1

Open 100x lets you frame distant subjects with up to 100x zoom, extending long-range shooting to phones whose stock camera apps do not expose that range. It combines the phone’s native camera zoom with a digital crop to create an extreme hybrid zoom view. The result is aimed at mobile photographers capturing far-off details, signs, wildlife, landscapes, or other subjects beyond ordinary phone zoom.

Controls for high-magnification shooting include stability feedback, anti-shake guidance, histogram tools, grid modes, zoom presets, flashlight support, and crop nudging. Pro-style overlays help you judge framing and exposure while the camera is highly magnified. Local post-processing applies denoising, smoothing, sharpening, contrast and detail recovery, plus upscaling of the cropped image.

All processing runs on the device through traditional, non-AI methods, with no cloud processing or external APIs involved. The current 1.0.1 release provides the extreme zoom workflow together with these local enhancement and shooting aids. This open-source Android camera app belongs to the Photo & Graphics category and suits users seeking long-range controls on phones where the standard camera offers fewer zoom options.

It runs on Android 10 or newer and supports arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, and x86 architectures. Camera behavior can vary between devices because hardware capabilities and access to third-party lenses differ across Android phones.
