SAP SuccessFactors Mobile17.1.4

Employees and managers use SAP SuccessFactors Mobile to handle workplace HR tasks from an Android device when they are away from a desktop. It brings employee information, approvals, learning, goals, and time-off activities into a native, consumer-like mobile experience while following the security standards associated with SAP SuccessFactors. Published by SAP SE, it connects people who use SAP SuccessFactors services with essential work information while they are on the move.

Users can open employee profiles and contact colleagues by phone, text message, or email. The organization chart displays direct reports, matrix reports, and new hires, while managers can review and approve requisitions. The app also supports text, photo, and video updates, along with viewing and commenting on documents, presentations, videos, and links.

Learning features let users sign up for courses, connect with experts, and complete classes. Goal tools support managing goal plans and updating progress, while time-off tools show balances, accept requests, and let users notify colleagues about absences. These functions suit employees checking HR details, managers handling approvals, and teams coordinating learning, goals, and leave away from a desktop.

Access is intended for SAP SuccessFactors customers, and users who cannot log in should contact their SAP SuccessFactors administrator. It is free to use, with a paid version offering additional features. Version 17.1.4 updates security certificates to improve connectivity in the UK, Canada, and Australia.

Free to use — a paid version with additional features is also available.
