Trayzero lets you capture ideas, tasks, and project details on an Android device, giving personal actions a structured place from initial thought through completion. It keeps this Getting Things Done inbox on the device and supports organizing, reviewing, and choosing what to do next without an account. New entries can come from a floating button available over any screen, sharing from another app, voice-to-text, or a home-screen widget, and each item can include a photo or voice memo.

Process Inbox displays captures individually and helps you decide whether each is actionable, fits the two-minute rule, should be delegated, or represents a single action within a project. Items can be arranged among Inbox, Next Actions, Projects, Waiting For, Someday/Maybe, Calendar, and Reference, with project outcomes, next-action warnings, project statuses, and areas of responsibility. The seven-stage Weekly Review covers all these planning areas, including intentions for the coming week, while a separate daily review supports shorter check-ins. Engage filters next actions by context, energy, and available time; built-in contexts include phone, computer, errands, home, office, anywhere, and waiting, with room to add more.

Notifications can flag due dates, defer-until dates, waiting-for follow-ups, and weekly reviews, offering Done, Snooze, and Move to Next Actions controls that persist through reboots and app updates. Optional two-way calendar synchronization mirrors dated entries into the system calendar, making Trayzero useful for mobile GTD workflows, personal planning, and capturing tasks while away from a desk. Version 1.0.2 is open-source and runs on Android 7.0 or later for arm64-v8a devices.
